Local Law #2 of 2011 to Extend Length of Term for Tax Collector to 4 Years

Summary:
There will be a public hearing at the Town of Annsville Town Hall on September 8, 2011 at 7 p.m. regarding the proposed local law to extend the length of the term for the Town Tax Collector to 4 years.  If the local law is adopted by the Town Board it will be subject to a mandatory referendum and will be on the ballot for approval by Town residents during this November's elections.  A copy of the law is attached.
